BUZZ: Choreographer Bosco Martis’s Circus Shelved After Double Ditch By Kangana And Parineeti
Kangana Ranaut had walked out on him and her replacement Parineeti too ditched Bosco Martis's directorial debut Circus. Has the film been put in cold storage now?
Choreographer Bosco Martis's directorial debut was supposed
to be a ambitious project with a cast headlined by Kangana Ranaut and Sooraj
Pancholi.
Just a few months later, the Bollywood grapevine is abuzz
with whispers that the film, titled Circus, has been shelved.
The main reason seems to be the ever-changing leading lady.
Kangana had walked out of the project soon after her name was first associated
with it.

After agreeing in principle, Kangana had suddenly stopped
responding to Bosco's messages. And then came Parineeti Chopra,(Kangana ditches, Parineeti rescues?, Aug 16 2016)

But soon enough, she also stepped out of the musical about a
circus performer.
And now it looks like Bosco has stopped looking for a
leading lady as the project has been put on the back-burner.
With the negative
buzz surrounding the project, the film ran out of steam.
An industry insider told SpotboyE.com, “ Bosco has been
trying to get good names on board for his debut film, since he has a good
rapport with the actors. But it’s sad that the names he counted on have left
him in a lurch. Now if it’s the script or the other actor involved in the
project that is the reason for this mishap is only known to Bosco. But for now
the project has been put on hold.”
Interestingly, this is the second project of Sooraj
Pancholi's which has hit a roadblock.

Bosco Martis remained unavailable for a comment.
For Sooraj's sake, we hope that Bosco will spin
his magic and helm the film as planned.
